Build Confidence By Learning Life Skills
Clinical and Youth Friendly Staff
Reset Summer Camp offers a fully immersive, clinical program hosted on a university campus, providing a fun-filled summer camp atmosphere. Participants are able to detox from their screen addiction and learn how to self-regulate, as they participate in individual and group therapy.
The Life Skills program cultivates responsibility and builds self-confidence, so campers will be prepared to handle their real-world obligations.
Our staff includes experienced youth-development professionals, clinical interns, registered nurses, and private-practice mental health PhDs who work daily with those suffering from problematic use of technology, including gaming addiction and other unhealthy screen-time habits.
RESET IS A HIGHLY FOCUSED PROGRAM FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM . . .
Those addicted to Fortnite / APEX, Overwatch, Xbox, PS4, online games, apps, etc., who skip school, lost jobs or have stopped participating and communicating with family members, and who immediately become angry when asked to turn off a game.
UNHEALTHY SOCIAL MEDIA OVERUSE
Do they think they might be the next Instagram super-model? Are they over-sexualized? Are they frequently online, searching for validation and approval from their peers (real or imagined)? Does their self-worth seem entirely dependent upon how they view themselves online or how they are perceived by others?
EXCESSIVE MUSIC & VIDEO STREAMING
Is their best friend the YouTube or Netflix AUTOPLAY button? Do they forsake nearly every other aspect of their lives because they’re glued to their screens? Are most of their friends VIRTUAL? Are they watching online porn? Has their behavior and attitude become aggressive and disrespectful because of it?
